Job Description
S&P Global is seeking a Legal Counsel, Commercial (EMEA) to support the Enterprise Solutions team within SPGMI by negotiating and advising with respect to a broad range of commercial agreements and other matters. The role involves reviewing, negotiating, and drafting wide variety of agreements, supporting sales and business teams, and interacting with the S&P Market Intelligence Legal Team.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience as a legal counsel with commercial, contracts, contractual, and general legal experience
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial and other business-to-business technology-related agreements
- Proven ability to manage a variety of commercial transactions and special projects simultaneously
