Sabot Consulting is seeking a Test Analyst to support enterprise testing initiatives for the clients’ pension administration system.

Requirements

Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, system, regression, performance, load, stress, and UAT testing
Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data
Prepare, manipulate, and reset complex test data sets to support multiple testing cycles
Perform data validation and reconciliation for converted legacy data and ongoing production data
Execute SQL/T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and scripts to validate data integrity and investigate defects
Identify, document, track, and manage defects using enterprise defect management tools
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams on defect resolution
Support and lead UAT activities, including assisting business users with testing setup, execution, and reporting
Develop data manipulation scripts and reports to support testing scenarios
Produce technical test results, status reports, and final project documentation
Contribute to the development and refinement of enterprise QA standards, testing tools, and best practices
Provide training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to client staff
