Job Description
The Peer Support Specialist provides non-clinical support to teens and young adults experiencing emotional, social, or life challenges. They build trusting relationships, offer mentorship, and promote resilience and self-advocacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- Minimum of two years social service experience
- Minimum of three years of child welfare lived experience
- Valid Florida Driver's License in good standing
- State criminal background check requirements
- Not actively receiving post 18 services
