Job Description
The Independent Living Specialist provides case management for young adults in the 18+ Independent Living Programs, assisting with transitioning into successful independent adults. The Specialist will conduct home and field visits, ensure client eligibility, and link clients to community services.
Requirements
- History and knowledge of working with teens and young adults
- Knowledge of the Independent Living Programs and eligibility criteria
- Valid Florida Driver's License in good standing and be insurable by the agency's current insurance carrier
- Meet state criminal background check requirements
