Job Description
This role is for a Contract Nursing position providing 24/7 emergency care within a Shelter, focused on providing holistic care for youth in Sarasota, FL. The nurse is responsible for documentation, medication management, educational outreach, and infection control. They are responsible for maintaining medical staffing, including Florida nurse licensure and notifying the contract manager of personnel changes.
Requirements
- Maintain active and clear Florida license.
- Notify the Contract Manager of personnel changes.
- Provide documentation of youths’ healthcare status.
- Provide episodic and emergency care.
- Provide health education.
- Medication management.
