The Clinical Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and developing SPY clinical programs and services, including contract compliance, grant outcomes measurement, and providing substance and/or mental health counseling to youth and their families.
Requirements
- CCAPP certification or Masterâs degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred
- 2+ years experience providing direct care services with advanced skills in rapport building
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of trauma-informed and harm reduction service models
- Knowledge of resources for youth experiencing and/or at-risk of homelessness
- Commitment to restorative justice, anti-racist, and inclusive practices
- A self-starter who is prepared to drive innovative solutions for an emerging organization and an openness to learning
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with people of diverse races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary environment
- Ability to manage and support clinical and non-clinical positions effectively
- Ability to foster a culture of learning when providing clinical guidance and crisis management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
