Job Description
Join a remote and hybrid first company as a Business Development Representative to drive growth across Netherlands and the wider EMEA region. Identify high-potential opportunities, spark meaningful conversations, and shape our pipeline. Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to build momentum and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or global workforce solutions
- Fluent Dutch speaker with strong English skills
- Natural communicator with ability to build rapport quickly and engage decision-makers
- Driven, curious, and resilient with a genuine hunger to hitâand exceedâtargets
- Highly organised and adaptable with experience using CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement tools
- Based in Barcelona, with the flexibility to thrive in a hybrid or remote setup
