We are looking for a Director, Marketing Technology to lead the strategy, integration, and performance of the marketing technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate has strong martech experience, understands how tools like Salesforce, Pardot, LeanData, Zapier, and Chili Piper work together, and can translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or related fields, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience working with integrated martech stacks, especially Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot).
- Deep understanding of lead routing, data hygiene, lifecycle management, and campaign operations.
- Proven ability to manage system integrations across tools like LeanData, Zapier, Chili Piper, and similar platforms.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales Operations and working alongside Salesforce admins/developers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading and developing technical or operations-focused teams.
- Highly organized with strong documentation and process management skills.
