Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance compliance
- Ample surplus lines work experience
- Comfort navigating state-by-state regulations and licensing processes
- Detail-oriented and organized approach
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and follow-through skills
- Proactivity and drive, with ability to collaborate
- Desire to work in a hybrid schedule from Austin office or entirely remotely
