The Senior Talent Management Specialist will play a critical role in driving and evolving enterprise-wide talent programs that shape associate growth, engagement, and performance.
Requirements
- 3â5 years of experience in talent management, HR, or a related field
- Experience supporting or leading talent processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, recognition, or succession planning
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working with HR systems (Workday experience is a strong plus)
- Exceptional communication skillsâwritten, verbal, and visual
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Comfort leveraging AI tools (such as Copilot or similar) to improve efficiency and quality of work
- A bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
