Safety National is seeking a Learning and Development Instructor to design, develop, and deliver in-person learning and development programs. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in corporate training and be able to work onsite 4 days a week in the St. Louis Corporate Office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, Educational Psychology, Adult Education, or similar field
- 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering in-person learning and development programs in a corporate setting
- Proven experience with instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE or similar frameworks
- Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to assess learning needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
