Job Description
We're a global tech company looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our head office in Surry Hills, Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong organisational skills, a practical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. They will become an internal champion of our product, SafetyCulture, and use it to run the operation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a facilities management or building operations role
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Property, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Sound knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and WHS requirements
- Proven experience managing contractors and service providers
