Requirements

• Lead multiple engineering teams and engineering managers
• Partner with Product and Design to set direction and align on goals, roadmap, and investment
• Establish and improve delivery systems to ensure predictable flow
• Own the reliability and scalability of your group's services
• Champion a metrics-led engineering culture
• Develop and coach managers, tech leads, and senior ICs
• Represent your group in cross-group collaboration and leadership forums
