Requirements
- 5+ years proven full-cycle recruitment with strong experience recruiting engineers in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong track record of hiring in the Sydney Market, with deep understanding of talent landscapes, sourcing strategies, and regional hiring nuances
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates
- Experience hiring in EMEA and AMER regions strongly desirable
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to influence hiring decisions, shape role requirements, and deliver strategic recruitment solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines, with a focus on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and market mapping
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, with an emphasis on data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency
