Job Description
The Assistant Property Manager provides support to the property manager, overseeing leasing staff and tenant relations, and offering customer service to residents.
Requirements
- At least one year of property management industry experience required
- 2+ years of experience customer service
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- YARDI or similar property management software preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Background check and drug test required
