Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair. Excellent customer service experience required.

Requirements

• HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience
• General maintenance knowledge
• Dependable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
