Job Description
Perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair, as well as grounds maintenance, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements
- HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience
- General maintenance knowledge
- Dependable transportation and valid driver's license (depending on location)
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and customer service skills
