Job Description
Sage is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to own the operating system that drives predictable, scalable revenue. The role is accountable for forecasting accuracy, pipeline integrity, quota and territory design, compensation operations, and GTM systems across Sales, Growth, SDR, Client Success, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS.
- Experience operating at a company with $30M+ ARR and meaningful GTM complexity.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including building, managing, and scaling RevOps or Sales Ops teams.
