Requirements

• Practice The Sage Way and Live the Values
• Assist in the maintenance and operations of the community’s HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, safety, and communication systems
• Complete requests for maintenance and repair in support of residents and employees
• Ensure that vacant apartments are expeditiously readied for new residents
• Conduct grounds work to include waste disposal, landscaping, snow removal and pest control
• Assist other departments in setting up for resident events and activities
• Keep current with all state and facility required annual training
• Perform other duties as assigned
