Account Manager - North and East Ontario

We're Sagen, Canada's leading private mortgage insurance company. We're looking for an Account Manager - North and East Ontario to support the VP, Regional Sales, Ontario Sales. The successful candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience being in a proactive customer-facing position
• University degree, preferably in business
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in the financial services industry (preferably mortgage lending)
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and customer management
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and computer skills
• Ability to deliver results with minimum supervision, in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills, problem solving, and analytical skills are key for success
• Travel required within the territory
• Must be a self-starter and results oriented with the ability to work both independently and within a team setting
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and perform well in a high-volume environment
