We're Sagen, Canada's leading private mortgage insurance company. We're looking for an Account Manager to support the VP, Regional Sales, Eastern Canada. The role involves building customer relationships, developing sales and marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal partners to maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience being in a proactive customer-facing position
- University degree, preferably in business
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the financial services industry (preferably mortgage lending)
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and customer management (sales methodology - relationship & value add selling)
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and computer skills
- Ability to deliver results with minimum supervision, in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills, problem solving, and analytical skills are key for success
- Travel required within the territory
- Must be a self-starter and results oriented with the ability to work both independently and within a team setting
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and perform well in a high-volume environment
