Farm Rescue is seeking a Development Officer to cultivate financial support from businesses, corporate partners, foundations, and major donors, and to lead the Community Engagement program in the Upper Midwest territory.

Requirements

• Background in agriculture
• Proven fundraising or sales experience
• Competence with logging activity in Salesforce
• Strong network within the agricultural community
• Grant writing and reporting experience
• Skilled public speaker
• Trade show and marketing experience
• Demonstrated success in building a pipeline of prospects
