Corporate Counsel

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Insurance Regulatory In-House Counsel to join our legal team. This position will be responsible for providing legal counsel and strategic guidance on a wide range of regulatory issues affecting the company’s operations within the insurance industry.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
• 7-10 years of experience practicing insurance regulatory law
• Deep knowledge of state and federal insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex insurance regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
