SageSure is seeking a Manager, Actuarial for the Businessowners Policy (BOP) Product Development unit of our Commercial Actuarial team. As a Manager, Actuarial, you will drive day-to-day execution within the unit, managing technical and analytical assessments of complex business issues related to the development of new property products and maintenance/sophistication of existing ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or STEM-related field
- ACAS or FCAS, FCAS a plus
- 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance products and industry. Commercial Property or Businessowners Policy (BOP) product experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical resources
- Strong technical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, R and SQL
- Proven organizational and time-management skills; strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to think critically and strategically
