Senior Analyst, Ceded Reinsurance

SageSure is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Ceded Reinsurance team in planning, coordinating, tracking, and executing key strategic initiatives related to reinsurance. The role involves working with reinsurance brokers, managing diligence trackers, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Provide support to the Ceded Reinsurance team in planning, coordinating, tracking, and executing key strategic initiatives related to reinsurance
• Collaborate directly with reinsurance brokers to prioritize their efforts and ensure timely execution of placement deliverables
• Manage the diligence tracker and coordinate the delivery of Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) supporting documentation to SageSure’s external legal counsel for each catastrophe bond issuance
• Maintain accurate documentation of reinsurance and third-party capital transactions and ensure effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with reinsurance brokers to track meeting notes, action items, and schedule future meetings
• Ensure proper application of reinsurance contracts by working closely with internal departments, including underwriting and claims
• Track and report on reinsurer support across SageSure programs, including limits placed across the towers
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
