Shop Supervisor

Supports day-to-day maintenance operations by overseeing a team of technicians across one or more shifts. Supervises repair activities, coordinates shop workflows, and ensures compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of equipment maintenance experience
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead technician role
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and repair of brake systems, transmissions, and rear ends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant maintenance systems
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Read, write, communicate and comprehend the English language
