We are looking for a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to join our Services Support team. The role involves post-implementation support of SailPoint's Identity as a Service offering, IdentityNow. You will work directly with customers and implementation partners to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with IdentityNow or similar IAM products.
