Strategic Account Executive - Healthcare (Boston)

SailPoint is the leader in Identity Security. We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to sell our Identity Security Solution. The role requires an account executive with a strong understanding of the customer's needs and the ability to position our solutions and value proposition. The successful candidate will have a track record of exceeding revenue quota goals and will be able to lead a virtual team to deliver sales wins and customer success.

Requirements

• Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls
• Highly proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions
• Ability to lead a virtual team to deliver sales wins and customer success
• Strong understanding of the customer's needs and ability to position our solutions and value proposition
• Ability to exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
• Ability to develop business plans that align to assigned territory
• Ability to strategically engage with customers and business partners
• Ability to collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans
