Requirements
- Welcome and greet members. Make all our members feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally and professionally take care of them.
- Inform members of specials and menu changes.
- Make recommendations you genuinely feel they-specifically will enjoy.
- Answer questions about our food, beverages and other club functions and upcoming events.
- Take food and beverage orders from members, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen, including identifying and communicating special requests, also any dietary restrictions
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to members in a timely matter.
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
- Maintain clean service areas and adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Monitor and observe members dining experience. Ensure members are satisfied with the food and service and respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Prepare final bill, present chit to guest, confirm the member number or signature and member charge the bill to the appropriate account.
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise, as well as clearing and resetting tables.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the club as directed by your captain/supervisor.
- May be asked to work double shifts with breaks (12+ hours per day).
