Job Description
The A la Carte Server is responsible for meeting the needs of members and guests in every aspect of the food and beverage experience, including dining and bar services.
Requirements
- Establish a welcoming and professional environment for members
- Keep members up to date on specials and menu changes
- Help answer questions about food, drinks and other Club activities
- Identify and communicate special requests, including dietary restrictions
- Clear and reset tables
- Observe members' dining experience
