Patient Access Representative

Provide customer service and seamless entry to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community and internal departments throughout SLHS. Collect and verify demographic, financial and clinical information with excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 1 year of applicable experience
• Diploma - General Studies
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of principles and practices of customer service and telephone courtesy
• Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity
• Self-motivated and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability
