Job Description
The Plumbing Designer serves to focus primarily on the design of building-related projects, including educational campuses, healthcare facilities, and more using Revit and AutoCAD software.
Requirements
- Design plumbing drawings for various building types
- Develop system design calculations and select equipment for use in buildings
- Preparation of detailed design documents
- Specification writing/editing
- Code compliance research
- Collaborate with various team members for coordinating services with other disciplines
- Site surveys to determine existing conditions
- Provide construction administration support including submittal reviews and RFI responses
