Plumbing Engineer/Designer

The Plumbing Designer/ Engineer serves to focus primarily on the design of building related projects, including hotels, apartment buildings, retail/commercial spaces, and educational facilities using Revit and AutoCAD software. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience coordinating design with multiple disciplines and stakeholders
• 3 to 5 years of experience in plumbing design and construction
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems layout, fixture selection, and equipment specifications
• Ability to perform flow calculations, pipe routing, and fixture unit counts
• Familiarity with applicable plumbing codes (IPC, UPC), accessibility guidelines, and water/energy efficiency standards
