Job Description
We're looking for a Senior AV Consultant to lead the efforts of assigned Audio-Visual (AV) projects and be responsible for the direction of all project deliverables and technical design.
Requirements
- Meet with clients to review requirements and translate into non-technical terminology
- Make recommendations to clients based upon industry best practices
- Markup and draft deliverables with attention to detail
- Prepare equipment schedules based upon project requirements
- Prepare budgets for all technology systems
- Expert knowledge of building codes and industry standards
- Expert ability to produce and edit plans and specifications
- Survey existing buildings and identify technology systems and components
- Review submittals of equipment for compliance with the contract documents
- Observe and report upon technology construction work in progress
- Manage schedule of multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery
- Ownership of all technical aspects of the technology systems design
