The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for SFI's outsourced sales and customer acquisition services. This is a true full-cycle sales role focused on engaging executive-level decision-makers and building long-term strategic partnerships.
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic follow-up. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
The ideal candidate is comfortable selling complex service-based solutions, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, and operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
