Job Description
We're looking for a VP, Employee Experience to lead a high-performing team across People Business Partner, Talent Management, and Engagement functions. You will be responsible for architecting a global employee experience, leading the People team, and partnering with the CPO and executive team to align People strategies with Private Equity value creation plans.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP)
- Proven track record operating within a Private Equity-backed SaaS company
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams (US, Mexico, India and EMEA)
- Ability to translate engagement data and turnover metrics into actionable executive-level insights
