Job Description
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager located in Oslo, Norway. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and enabling our customer base to drive business outcomes through motivating their teams.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of Customer Success Management experience in SaaS
- Fluent in Norwegian and/or Swedish, both speaking and written for business communications
- Proven track record of customer retention and growth within an owned book of business
- Ability to manage both external and internal projects with a strong focus on customer outcomes
