Clinical Specialist - Victoria

Requirements

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites
• Possess and share superior clinical knowledge of the Company’s products
• Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff
• Provide case support, including Operating Room/procedure support
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support including, but not limited to: troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up
• Perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success
• Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel
• Visit customers and patients in a clinical environment
• Communicate with Patients and Clients afterhours and on weekends as needed
• Travel daily within territory
