Join Sama's team as an Account Manager and drive success and retention for clients, building strong relationships and identifying upsell opportunities. With a consultative approach, you'll help clients achieve their goals and maximize their ROI with our platform.
Requirements
- Native fluency in English
- Strong Data fluency
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Account Manager roles with enterprise clients
- Experience developing relationships with multiple stakeholders within clients
- Strong business acumen and fluency in business jargon
- Experience as a freelancer or working in a start-up
- Experience using CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to set, meet, and exceed KPIs and performance goals
- Great judgment
