Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to drive success and retention with our clients, building strong partnerships and identifying upsell opportunities. You will become the go-to point of contact and advisor for your clients, advising on people development strategy and onboarding new customers.
Requirements
- Verbal and written native fluency in English
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Account Manager roles with enterprise clients
- Experience developing relationships with multiple stakeholders within clients
- Strong business acumen and fluency in business jargon
- Experience as a freelancer or working in a start-up
- Experience using CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to set, meet, and exceed KPIs and performance goals
