Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related)
• 2+ years of experience with customers in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support
• Ability to influence stakeholders based on technical sales acumen
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems
• Experience with task automation scripting, data transfer, and API integration
