Samsara is looking for a Sales Operations and Strategy Manager to join their remote team in the US. The role will support building the multi-year plan to achieve revenue growth targets, drive analysis to understand Sales team performance, and manage strategic projects in partnership with Sales leaders.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations or other analytical role
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; a deep sense of curiosity
- Collaborative orientation and experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others (incl. executive audiences)
- Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments; enthusiastic about improving efficiencies
- Strong presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfortable in business and technical discussions
- Ability to synthesize a broad set of information into a cohesive narrative
- Expertise with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Experience working with big data tools (e.g., DataBricks, BigQuery, SQL, etc.)
- Experience with GTM strategy
