Sr. Growth Marketing Manager - New Products

We are looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in San Francisco, CA. As a key member of our Growth Marketing team, you will design and run programs that generate and accelerate demand for our newest offerings across both prospects and customers. You will partner closely with Sales, PMM, Customer Success, and Digital teams to deliver high-quality, measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related B2B marketing roles, and a strong analytical rigor with experience in experiment design, interpreting results, and turning insights into action.

Requirements

• 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or related B2B marketing roles.
• Experienced at leveraging AI and data analysis to optimize campaigns, build agentic workflows, and boost productivity.
• Proven track record in building multi-channel programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM (Marketo or equivalent; Salesforce).
• Strong analytical rigor; skilled at experiment design, interpreting results, and turning insights into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
• High ownership, bias to action, and accountability in fast-moving environments.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
