As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the cornerstone of technical customer success, delivering measurable business value and driving long-term adoption of the Samsara platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Exceptional technical literacy with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and API integrations
