We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our frontline support team. You will be responsible for responding to customer requests for technical assistance over the phone and chat. You will work collaboratively with other support representatives in multiple support locations to serve our customers. This role will require you to work from our Bengaluru office as needed to handle support escalations.
