The Senior Salesforce Administrator will participate in the ongoing development, deployment, and support of our Salesforce org. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform.
Requirements
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 400+ users.
- Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flow builder as well as lightning app builder and other point/click low-code automation.
- Coordinate different roles, profiles and permission sets throughout the org to maximize organization and ease of use to our user base
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades and feature deprecations.
- Have extensive knowledge dealing with third-party app extensions within Salesforce.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scoping and build out of new development requests for both Sales and Service teams.
- Work with stakeholders to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
- Assist in training/onboarding of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
- Effectively act as a liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams.
- Work with stakeholders, developers and supporting teams to define and document development requirements.
