Job Description
The Substance Abuse Services Coordinator position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of substance abuse programs, including selecting, assigning, and evaluating staff, conducting training and staff development programs, and developing and administering budgets.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in psychology, social work, business, or public administration, or a closely related field.
- Four years of progressively responsible counseling or program management experience in a substance abuse or social crisis program, including one year at a level equivalent to Substance Abuse Program Manager in San Joaquin County service.
- Possession of a valid California driver's license.
