Under the direction of the Manager, Environmental Services, the Assistant Manager, EVS, is responsible for maintaining health and safety cleaning and sanitation standards. Provides guidance to EVS management and non-management team members.
Requirements

- Providing guidance to EVS management and non-management team members
- Leading and managing a team to complete goals and missions set forth by the YRC and the EVS Department
- Assisting EVS Manager in creating and communicating a team concept to accomplish daily, weekly, and long-term functions
- Performing walk-throughs of all areas of responsibility after projects and assignments are completed
- Working directly with the EVS Manager to achieve Department goals and assignments
- Interacting with guests and assisting team members with issues involving schedules, time off, and attendance
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department
