The Bell Person is a professional representative of the Hotel, ensuring high customer service standards and creating memorable experiences for guests. They provide luggage service, answer guest questions, and follow health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one (1) year customer service experience required.
- Hotel experience a preferred.
- Strong English skills, both oral and written required.
- At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
