Job Description
Under the direction of the Retail Assistant Manager, the Retail Supervisor is responsible for leading the Retail team in achieving sales goals, modeling and improving accurate store operations, and providing coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity and increase sales.
Requirements
- Lead Retail team in achieving sales goals
- Model and improve accurate store operations
- Provide coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity and increase sales
- Recruit, hire, and train top-level talent
- Manage and execute special events
- Schedule to meet business operations needs
- Respond to team member and guest requests
- Perform other duties as assigned
